We have 2 dedicated group exercise studios offering a wide range of classes run by our experienced instructors. Below is a selection of our classes however take a look at our full timetable to see a list of available classes and times.

All our classes are in a friendly environment and vary in levels of intensity.
Remember you don’t have to be a member to join in our classes – simply turn up and pay £5.00 at reception!
